How risky is LL in shitholes like Turkey and India?

Gonna get LL in the next 1-2 years after my last track season. Probably not going to do it in some shithole but im considering. How risky is it?

I wouldn't do it, many crippled cases. No one does precise nail in India, external fixator only, maybe LON too, idk. Famous clinics in turkey reuse equipment and people have gotten infections and been permanently crippled because of no union.

It’s 17k per segment using LON method, which is extremely cheap compared to getting Internals done in America which is around 100k
