How safe is Mexican Tret from the TikTok shop?

I recently saw a TikTok shop listing for “retinol cream, but looking at the reviews and videos made it clear they were actually selling tretinoin, spelled “Tretinoina” hinting that they were likely getting the product from Mexico, where it is over-the-counter. Would it be recommended to acquire tretinoin like this; or should I just get it from Amazon pharmacy? I don’t want to deal with the burden of getting a genuine prescription, but I’m not sure if it is trustworthy enough.

(It had 1K positive reviews, so I don’t worry of whether it’s a scam, I just worry whether it would actually be effective, real, not expired, safe to use)

They are probably legit, but I wouldn’t buy it because it’s expensive there’s cheaper ones on Amazon.

just get it from indiamart lol SO much cheaper

just copped all the ancillaries for my upcoming cycle (very long list i'll post later) for under 250, absolute steal for that shit plus cheap ass shipping
