Not very. I’d rate myself LTN and even lower if I’m not allowed a beard.

I could be happy seeing myself in the mirror once the bug eyes are gone (from fat grafting, Botox and cantho) and the jaw recession and asymmetry is solved (from Trimax) but I fear that externally I will continue receiving the same shitty treatment due to my lack of overall forward growth and general bone mass as well as advanced age.
