How should i cut down with the least affects on testosterone?

im 85kg 15 6’2 and 20-25% bf and ive been that body fat percentage my entire life. It doesn’t matter how much i eat but i don’t gain any fat and ive just cruised around that body fat percentage my whole life and during puberty. I’ve never tried being in a calorie deficit because i thought it would affect my growth and hormones and also cos it would be hard to get my 160g protein in every day.

Would it be better to do a large aggressive cut or would it be better to do a slower cut spanning out a couple of months. I’m not in a rush to lose anything but i just want it to be gone by august next year.

which kind of cut would be the best for not ruining my hormones as i want to get to 12-15% bf lean.
