Currently in uni but right now I’m not there for the holidays and I’m realizing how expensive food is again. I want to take advantage of the dining hall and put on some muscle since I think I am pretty skinny, but I’ve already started gaining some weight.
What’s the best way to do this, since pretty much all the food is cooked in horrible seed oils and tastes horrid. Should I do something where it’s just a ton of meat. Try to do a lot of beef and eggs or should I also spam chicken even though they have less micronutrients?
What’s the ideal dining hall diet is what I’m asking as someone who’s trying to lean bulk
