How should I take hydrochlorothiazide for debloating

Recently got access to some hydrochlorothiazide pills (diuretic) and have thought about giving them a try for debloating as I tend to be bloated sometimes.
My questions are as follows:

What is the optimal dosage for a debloat?

How often should I take it for the best results?

Anything else I should pay attention to when taking it?
