How should I time my aqualyx at 15 bc if school and work?

It arrives monday Im thinking to do it thuesday evening and then pretend to be sick for the whole week and I gotta work on saturday again ( which I can larp very good because I started taking immunesystem suppressive medicine because of my liver disease) I work as a waiter so I cant be walking around looking like ts the swelling better be looking human after 4 days do yall have any tipps for planing this?
