Heres a useful trick to visualize how significantly your bodyfat/water-retention/thick-skin is impacting your face.

Lay down on your back and have your head hanging over the edge of your bedside, try to make your head as upside down as possible.

Now take a picture and assess how significant the sagging of your soft tissue is



These people for example, have very little bloat






Compare yourself to these people, do you have much more noticeable facial sag?
The more significant it is, the more your looks are being negatively affected by excess soft tissue
