HOW SLEEP APNEA GETS YOU A FREE BIMAX

So my sleep has been fucked up through out my whole teen years now, I soon have an appointment with a professional to check out if my underdeveloped subhuman facial profile is causing sleep problems.
I don't wake up during sleep but I just can't breathe through my nose which could also be caused due to airway blockage.

In case i do get diagnosed and get a free bimax via germanys health insurance I'm wondering what i should tell my surgeon

Maybe ask for some CCW rotation or a bit more forward projection.
I also hope they include genioplasty but again I'm not sure

Talk too a doctor and get a sleep test my mom let me wear here fitbit which pretty much told me my sleeping is shit and to seek professional help as im rarely in a deep sleep. If u feel tired almost always like me talk to your doctor.
