It's fine to take before a night out. I usually don't take it more than once a month, but that's not because I'm purposely limiting myself to that amount due to health reasons, I just never had the use case. I only take it when I'm not drinking, so I would take Pregab and Lasix. But most of the times I do drink, so I take neither of those. I will say there is definitely a noticeable difference with Lasix. You piss more, more iois (not lying).
