how somebody can hate gym

i dont even go to the gym for muscles gym is literally the only place that everybody likes everyone and as 13 years old i can talk with 79 years old, 40 yo 18yo like with everyone else. and the gym mostly fix your menthal health im going for almost a year now and im sad that rest days exist:feelswah: if yall have social anxiety like me the gym will prob fix it a little bit:soy:

thats the only exception but tbh i started liking them when my nerve system was finally good to do it to failure but i still cant squat good nad bench more than i squat lol

I’ve destroyed my shoulder so I can’t even squat or bench anymore. The gym feels like a chore unless I’m doing arms

you can talk to everyone IRL everytime really, i never really have anxiety unless i look really ugly at the moment. You can talk with people at bus stops, at shops, or randomly walk into people groups and talk to them, even women.

Biggest skill in life is communicating with people.

once you get this life becomes much easier rly.

i am socially kinda isolated though, i live in my room mostly.

and gym is like too time consuming you can just go to do IRL only room/(buy 2 dumbells and pull up bar cmon its less than 1 month membership) workouts.

yeah i destroyed my knee at gym feels shitty ngl, will probs have to fix it later in life jfl.

Go to a good surgeon. I’ve had 2 surgeries and the first guy I went to made me worse

I agree, gym is so fun tbh. I love doing FBeod since i look forward the next session so much I don’t get bored of it

Also the part where you legit can talk with so many people who are so different from you is great, I literally have a 50yo gym bro there lol

cmon bro my gym membership costs 25usd for 1 month and i can go to every gym i want and also i can go boxing and can go swimming and i can even go to other country and go to gyms there with my membership and trust me dumbbels and pullup bar arent enough i has bench press and dumbels at home but it was too boring and i didnt had too much exertcices to do with it

communicating with people is the best thing to learn but i have social anxiety because of some niggas and gym fixes it

Because most people dont have the genes to get a high roi on gymaxxing and its a highly taxing activity so i dont blame them

if you arent a manlet or sub five with narrow clavicles then gymaxxing will help boost your appeal and smv massively

Getting buff is probs inly thing that can bring male respect for some sub5 manlet with narrow clavicles and is very important thing in life for overall success.
