fax high iq.you can eat the fat... just cut out all carbs... you won't get fat if you do this. because the body prioritises using the sugar (carbs) first and so it puts the fat into storage.. if you just eat the steak and the butter you will instantly 'burn' the fat.
no literally after 2 hours of not eating carbohydrates, you will 'burn' thru it...fax high iq.
after a while your body will stop relying on sugar for energy
no, glycogen storages take 3 days to deplete, and to get into a ketogenic state it takes a bitno literally after 2 hours of not eating carbohydrates, you will 'burn' thru it...
in my experience, when i cut out carbs it takes less time than that, usually half a day to notice the fat coming off.. but whatever maybe its different to you and maybe i was in a low carb month beforehand anywayno, glycogen storages take 3 days to deplete, and to get into a ketogenic state it takes a bit
Oh shiYou can do this all the time no problem as long as you pin insulin after
Oh alr so im dieting rn so far no goy slop todayno, glycogen storages take 3 days to deplete, and to get into a ketogenic state it takes a bit
Butter is great. I love it. The higher the fat the better. How I dont want to get bloated but Im craving shitty foods that will bloat me.
Yeah thats what I ate today with some eggs and toast with butter and some other meatButter is great. I love it. The higher the fat the better.
Thats what im doing hope for the best tommorow when I wake upin my experience, when i cut out carbs it takes less time than that, usually half a day to notice the fat coming off.. but whatever maybe its different to you and maybe i was in a low carb month beforehand anyway
make sur to eat a lot of fat and protein until satiated other wise you will most likely relapse unless you have good self control.Oh alr so im dieting rn so far no goy slop today
I got have good self control I can keep up but remember I ate alot of goyshit in new years in the holidays in generalmake sur to eat a lot of fat and protein until satiated other wise you will most likely relapse unless you have good self control.
Retard. You can do this all the time no problem as long as you pin insulin after
Also a retard, arguing with anecdotes.in my experience, when i cut out carbs it takes less time than that, usually half a day to notice the fat coming off.. but whatever maybe its different to you and maybe i was in a low carb month beforehand anyway

.. arguing with modern day nutrition science would actually be even more retarded.. but you'd need and IQ over 115 to understand thisRetard.
Also a retard, arguing with anecdotes.
JFL at the state of this forum.
You're right, mate, you can physically notice fat leave your body when you don't eat carbohydrates for half a day... arguing with modern day nutrition science would actually be even more retarded.. but you'd need and IQ over 115 to understand this
Let me correct myself here, since fat is actually used in lower-intensity exercise because it takes more oxygen to be utilised for ATP resynthesis, hence why glycogen is used primarily in higher-intensity exercise. It would take hours of HIGH intensity exercise for complete glycogen depletion to occur. You're right, mate, you can physically notice fat leave your body when you don't eat carbohydrates for half a day.
What a fucking retard.
It takes a day for glycogen to leave the liver and put your body in ketosis, further, it would take you half a day of low intensity cardio for the depletion of carbohydrates (assuming you are not consuming more carbohydrates) for your body to begin relying primarily on fat for ATP resynthesis. That is why replenishing your body with carbohydrates is only relevant for marathon runners & other long sports like with tennis matches, full-length football/soccer games, etc.
Your name is ironic.
everything you think you know is wrong or flawed so idkYou're right, mate, you can physically notice fat leave your body when you don't eat carbohydrates for half a day.

If an individual wants to burn fat, then the best way is to do low-intensity exercise so as to have the body rely on primarily triglycerides for ATP resynthesis, not carbohydrates.
yeah try it yourself.... you already have to be lean to notice the difference though you fatassYou're right, mate, you can physically notice fat leave your body when you don't eat carbohydrates for half a day.

Great attempt at a counter-argument.as if you even need to exercise lol
alright ill try, gimme a minGreat attempt at a counter-argument.
I understand not wanting to argue with people who are pseudointellectuals but I am obviously not, and so if you cannot refute my points then I'll just regard you as a spastic.
that sounds so tasty wtf go eat niggaHow I dont want to get bloated but Im craving shitty foods that will bloat me.
My response ::.. arguing with modern day nutrition science would actually be even more retarded.. but you'd need and IQ over 115 to understand this
and you don't need to do exercise to lose weight, it'll speed it up probably but its pretty much pointlessGreat attempt at a counter-argument.
I understand not wanting to argue with people who are pseudointellectuals but I am obviously not, and so if you cannot refute my points then I'll just regard you as a spastic.
Your anecdote is wrong regardless. My response ::
'in my experience, when i cut out carbs it takes less time than that, usually half a day to notice the fat coming off.. but whatever maybe its different to you and maybe i was in a low carb month beforehand anyway'
implies that I'm acknowledging it is anecdotal.. 'in my experience' and the later I acknowledge 'maybe its different to you and maybe i was in a low carb month beforehand anyway'
so you calling me a retard for this doesn't really hold up..
Weight loss? Then being in ketosis would yield no difference. My main point on this thread was to give weight loss advice, for which if you are not deliberately doing a keto/carnivore diet, you are literally just throwing, its patently obvious and all your 'glycogen stores' blah blah blah is just irrelevant... you'r arguing over whether it'd take a day or 3 days to start losing adipose tissue???? who cares.. you should be doing this diet for life anyway..
Change your name to LowestIQonTheSite.so grow some balls you fucking pussy and stop whining about nothing.
this is why my name is true because SNEEDS like you just miss the bigger picture every single time.
Further, you can lose adipose tissue at any time regardless of diet by simply doing low intensity exercise & eating a relevant macronutrient profile (i.e., one devoid of fats so that your body uses triglycerides in existing fat reserves for ATP resynthesis). But, you could still eat carbohydrates and do this since only a very small amount of glycogen and protein is used for ATP resynthesis in such intensities. My response ::

Okay so where are you getting fat soluble micronutrients from.Further, you can lose adipose tissue at any time regardless of diet by simply doing low intensity exercise & eating a relevant macronutrient profile (i.e., one devoid of fats so that your body uses triglycerides in existing fat reserves for ATP resynthesis). But, you could still eat carbohydrates and do this.
Again, you know nothing.
by the way fat is macronutrient required in the highest quantity by humans, second is protein... you do not need exogenous carbohydrates, this is a psyop.Further, you can lose adipose tissue at any time regardless of diet by simply doing low intensity exercise & eating a relevant macronutrient profile (i.e., one devoid of fats so that your body uses triglycerides in existing fat reserves for ATP resynthesis). not how it works.. oversimplified and wrongFurther, you can lose adipose tissue at any time regardless of diet by simply doing low intensity exercise & eating a relevant macronutrient profile (i.e., one devoid of fats so that your body uses triglycerides in existing fat reserves for ATP resynthesis). Now you're arguing semantics with me JFL.Okay so where are you getting fat soluble micronutrients from.
you didn't read the whole thread, that was just a follow up.Your anecdote is wrong regardless.
Acknowledging/prefacing the fact you're making an anecdote when you use it for an argument doesn't change the fact you are relying on anecdotes for your argument.
So yes, you are a retard.
JFL @chadisbeingmadeby the way fat is macronutrient required in the highest quantity by humans, second is protein... you do not need exogenous carbohydrates, this is a psyop.
Then explain it you fucking moron, you don't understand it hence your use of "blah blah blah" in a previous post because you don't actually know how to elaborate upon my points to break them down.not how it works.. oversimplified and wrong
oh yeah and this isn't semantics: 'Now you're arguing semantics with me JFL.
Obviously it's almost impossible to eat ZERO dietary fat.
Can't believe you'd even try and nit pick such an argument.
because you're overall diet you are recommending of low fat is fundamentally stupid.. and is why you need to keep using excess glycogen in the liver...JFL @chadisbeingmade

The difference is, I didn't make it an argument.oh yeah and this isn't semantics: '
Weight loss? Then being in ketosis would yield no difference.
Fat loss? Then being in ketosis is relevant.'
hypocrite
because you're overall diet you are recommending of low fat is fundamentally stupid.. and is why you need to keep using excess glycogen in the liver...
eat something else with proteinHow I dont want to get bloated but Im craving shitty foods that will bloat me.
just eat the actual human diet as determined by 3 million years of evolution lolThe difference is, I didn't make it an argument.
I simply clarified what I was talking about pertaining to specifically fat loss, for if you just want to lose overall weight then you want to do what burns the most calories in the shortest amount of time (sustainably), which obviously is not low intensity cardio.
So not hypocritical at all.
Just eat carnivore bro theory.
yeah what burns the shortest amount of calories is probably going to be not eating and sprinting/jogging. but who the fuck wants to do that? The difference is, I didn't make it an argument.

Can’t believe you’ve even gone back and forth with someone with an IQ so low that his counter arguments consist of “grow some balls”, “wrong” and “Change your name to LowestIQonTheSite”.JFL @@chadisbeingmade![]()
Consuming less calories =/ burning more calories.yeah what burns the shortest amount of calories is probably going to be not eating and sprinting/jogging. but who the fuck wants to do that?
serious question, what does the word calorie mean to you? and you completely missed the point it seems.. im not shifting the arguement at all.Consuming less calories =/ burning more calories.
Why are you completely shifting the argument now, you retard? Have you conceded your initial point?
I can't believe I have to explain this shit to you.
lol.. its funny because I can understand you, but you can't understand meConsuming less calories =/ burning more calories.

That's not good on an energetical levelfax high iq.
after a while your body will stop relying on sugar for energy
