How stop craving that delicious steak and shake butter burger with fries and a honey bun that will bloat me

Consuming less calories =/ burning more calories.
Why are you completely shifting the argument now, you retard? Have you conceded your initial point?
I can't believe I have to explain this shit to you.
No I haven't and will never concede any point I have made, because I am right by any epistemological standard you could possibly have above the level of schizophrenia and distorted confusion

That's not good on an energetical level
They cost more ATP to use and glycogen is js a shit ton faster
You have the right idea but the first part of* your second statement is wrong.
The breakdown of ATP is what produces energy, ATP itself is not energy. When two adenosine molecules split from the third adenosine molecule (thereby resulting in adenosine diphosphate [ADP] and a free adenosine molecule), that break of the chain itself is the energy.
Glycogen is more effective at resynthesising ATP (reforming the molecular bond between the ADP and the free adenosine molecule) to enable the breakdown of ATP again for energy, because it takes less oxygen to use carbohydrates to resynthesise ATP, which is why it's more relevant for higher-intensity aerobic exercise.

lol.. its funny because I can understand you, but you can't understand me

Feel free to explain the nuance I'm missing, but if you think that eating less means you burn more, rather than just putting you into a relatively larger deficit, you're the biggest retard known to man.

I know
I studied basic biology
And I just worded it in a simple way
No glycogen is not better at resynthesizing ATP isnt my point at all
C6H12O6 + O2 -> CO2 + H2O + 37.6kJ
This causes atp breakdown into adp
I meant that fat is slower
Its simpler to breakdown glycogen than go through the stupid process of gluconeogenesis
Glucose does not directly resynthesize ATP. Study krebs cycle

yes the body produces enough glucose to enable optimal respiration by metabolizing fat.. gluconegenesis

but if you are constantly spiking your insulin day after day, 3 times a day... your body will naturally be signalled to store more fat. you seem to be against eating fat (maybe not) so in this case there would be little fat to be stored... but eating over 100g of carbs a day will eventually cause diabetes, heart disease dementia etc in your old age...
]
if you eat mostly carbs with minimal sugar and relatively higher protein.... then this is just a suboptimal tasteless diet. that simple

I mean i guess you're correct, it would also depend on what you're eating but this is all missing the larger point.
