How tf do I fix my sleep?

That's only the time in bed though, not true sleep. I'm only getting like 6hrs of sleep atleast according to my apple watch

Do sunning, cool down before sleep, like cold shower (important), drink a bit of cold water before sleep, sleep naked and in breathable bedsheets, adjust the room temperature to few degrees lower than normal, open your window so you can breathe fresh air. Increased testosteron also helps. Also if you do nothing all day you don't need much sleep.

Sounds chill, doesn't weed effect REM sleep or something though?
i think it might, but only while ur high. like i still dream towards the second half of my sleep when the highs worn off.

its obviously not ideal, but its better than not sleeping at all imo.
