How tf do i fraud to get a palete expander?

I want an expander to get more forward growth, i was thinking maybe going to the orthodontist and larp sleep apnea and chewing problems, but im sure he probably would want a CT of my skull, if thats the case then i could use bad posture (move my neck forward to larp breathing difficult) and expand my tounge to larp that i dont have enough space in my mouth, but i dont think is going to work. any suggestions? is there another way to get a palete expander? and how did you get your palete expander if u have one? please help, i dont want to be a ltn my entire life

nigga if you dont need a palate expander its gonna descend the fuck out of you 99% of the growth is horizontal you only get forward growth if your jaw was too narrow to have proper tounge posture before
