5'11, 17-20% bf as you can see by my waist jfl

Androgen receptor ahh physqiue, why isnt my chest good when im improving my flat press every week??? Ruins my physique having no chest

what is your chest training comprised of on a weekly basis
 
1x flat press 1x chest fly 0RIR every other day
going to failure is great but you're gonna need more volume than that tbh.

anywhere from 8-16 sets for chest is where you're gonna wanna be.

also this is just anecdotal but bench never grew my pecs much, heavy weighted dips did though

Are u able to recover from 3 sets EOD? I havent even tried tbh

yeah thats possible, me personally i just train chest 2x a week probably about 4-5 sets per workout.

but realistically there isnt a need to train chest 4 times a week tbh, 2-3 is the sweet spot

Do u do only peck deck? and do u do the one with the shorter moment arm like this

incline chest press, flat press and any sort of machine fly is good i use a long arm as long you have good intensity and diet you should grow
