I been doing next workouts for some time my neck got stronger but my hyoid bone still looks like absolute shit, can i fix it or is it genetic

turn ur head to look all the way up and try to swallow until absolute failure (this works with dick too btw)

It does just do it consistently for results
How consistently do you need to do? Do I just be an autist and do it every time I swallow or just do it 2-3x a day until failure with a glass of water or something? Saw a study on rapid jaw opening and closing raising hyoid but it was done with 60+ yr old ppl so idk if that'll work
