Im fasting till tomorrow i didnt eat shit today im more and more hungrier and cant sleep, is there a magic method thst will let me sleep or do i just give up and eat before sleeping

Once i fadted 24 hours (not including sleep) and i was lean as fuck that is ehats motivating me but i swear to god i was staring at the ceiling for 5 hours since i felt asleep and i do not wanna do it again

How many hours you in? After like 16 hours I was chilling, and then after 24 I hardly felt hungry until around the 36 hour mark. Just kind of have to deal with it. I am going to be fasting soon. Likely after the holidays.

Around 14 15 hours its light weight i can fast more easly but i need to wake up early tomorrow

Drink a lot of water. I was like you before. It stopped once my body got used to it.
