Shits impossible only way I do it is by brutally tracking what I eat and restricting my meals to one per day.

JFL how TF does anybody eat 2k and below for a day without wanting to commit seppeku. I just had 2k in one meal and I can still eat more and want 2 but also wanna get lean so I’m holding back.

I wish I had 0 appetite like the fucks here

So one Med plate of pasta and meatballs (lots of meatballs cos protien) and then one burger meatballs == 1.8k and then protien shake == 200 calories

Not very fucking hard to meet 2k I can even show u the recipts (the milkshake isn’t from MAC it’s homemade and prob 200 calories but I chose maccies to be safe on my report)

Black Coffie is the only reason why I haven’t binged and gone to 3-3.5k

God bless Ethiopian BBC BVLLS for discovering and harvesting Coffie beans. I’m a bloated subhuman due to my Ghrelin levels that demand I consume everything then again I weigh 96-100KG with a lot of muscle mass so I guess that’s prob why

I’m lazy but food is. Huge dopamine hit for me, ironically when bored I eat food or sleep so opposite effect for me.

Don’t spend time around non family women so don’t get that dopamine or cortisol as women are annoying. Caffeine is prob why I’m not obese Rolley poley and the fact that I do 1hr walks everyday

Once you start going on dates, you'll get even leaner, I clocked 32,000 steps today from women and only had 2000 calories over the last two days.

Wait till an hour after waking to ingest caffeine; I split my dose at 80-160mg an hour after waking up and 80-160mg after 6 hours (usually pre-workout)

Foods like low-fat protein yogurt + whey protein powder, chicken breast + rice, beef + vegetables + potatoes, and sugar-free icecream/soda are staples of my diet. Then work other low-cal, high-volume CLEAN options into other days to keep the switch up. Doing this, I still eat out 3 meals a week and don't get thrown off track.

I have 120-160 g of protien per day even today ima end up having 150 once I eat again later on (fried fish cos I’m greedy and 2k a day aint enough for a man with my appetite) already got 120 so far today.

Yeah I been upping my protien intake. I weigh abt 96-100kg (don’t look it though) so I eat a lot of protein now in hopes of restraining my hunger but I feel it doesn’t work I feel only caffeine works

Pretty easy if you eat lots of protein. I struggle hitting 1800 kcals on 200g protein

Besides, there are better ways to get lean. You need to cardiomaxx.

wdym its wrong. cardio spikes appetite and lowers bmr. i have gotten lean in 3 months before by just taking half a modafinil tab and eating less throughout the day

ye my sleep went to shit and i got acne but it was extremely easy to leanmax on it. i am doing the same thing now except replaced moda with other appetite suppresants and using tretinoin to prevent acne flare ups. so far i feel its working lost 2 kg in 4 days

I think you're approaching this from a wrong mindset. I would just go outside and jog for 1-2 hours each day. Drugs will always have side effects. But if you wanna do it, to each their own.

Ngl cardio maxxing has been a complete game changer for me. There are days where I eat 3k but cos I workout a lot I end up burning 1.5k so I still end in a deficit.

Cardio is crucial for those with high appetite during diets so you can gorge on food

I am on keto diet and it's actually pretty easy. I do eat 2k calories but most of it is protein and fats. I only eat 25g of carbs a day. Not difficult, I love keto foods like eggs, chicken breast, fish, stuff like that, lol

No that’s only high intensity cardio. If you do 2 hours walking your appetite won’t spike and you easily burn 400-600 calories doing that alone. I eat 2k a day so I don’t fuck my metabolism up and walk and do weight lifting it’s been so successful for me I lost 13lbs last month JFL

Now if your doing high intensity cardio then yeah you’ll spike cortisol and appetite

Distract yourself one easy way for me is when you get cravings or hunger is instead of thinking about shoving food in your mouth think about shoving your tongue deep into stacy's asshole until you taste the shit she's been through that usually kills the desire to eat for me (i eat less than 500 cal a day lol)

I’m never doing that god forsaken diet again. KETO is the hardest diet there is even being vegan is easier. KETO isn’t for eveybody including me I could only do it for a month
