How TF do people eat below 2k calories without trying?

No that’s only high intensity cardio. If you do 2 hours walking your appetite won’t spike and you easily burn 400-600 calories doing that alone. I eat 2k a day so I don’t fuck my metabolism up and walk and do weight lifting it’s been so successful for me I lost 13lbs last month JFL

Now if your doing high intensity cardio then yeah you’ll spike cortisol and appetite

i dont count walking as cardio tbh. everytime i hear the word cardio its reserved for hit exervises/ sprinting/jogging.

Well news flash: it is cardio.

Walking is cardio, and so is any steady state cardio. Cardio doesn’t need to be stressful high intensity which I don’t advise on an cut because you’ll get injured and fatigued. I ran a lot on the weekend and it took me 3 days to fully recover.

That’s 3 days I was unable to walk for my long distances so I missed out on burning 1000 calories everyday. HIIT is also shit cos you cannot burn more than 500 calories doing high intensity cos your body will give up at around the 500 point mark.

walking is natural for humans. i dont consider it cardio. low intensity cardio would be a better way to specify what you are doing.

As you saw from the pictures I showed you, I burn more calories walking in a single day than everybody who are sprinting cycling etc and I can walk everyday without feeling fatigued unlike HIIT where you need a break and lose muscle mass. lmfao @ using HIIT to lose weight. Walking is the 2nd best cardio for weight loss behind epiliptical cardio.

Steady state cardio is called low intensity both names are interchangable

Nar, fuck that shit, costs money and I cannot float in water cos I’m not boyant. So I’ll stick to my 2 hr daily walks and my strength training workouts

I’m never doing that god forsaken diet again. KETO is the hardest diet there is even being vegan is easier. KETO isn’t for eveybody including me I could only do it for a month

It doesn't cost money if you live near the sea. If you have to sign up to a pool, it is indeed different.
 
My maintenance according to amcrofactor is 4800 calories. Lol how tf do you guys eat so little

Weight lifting doesn’t lose weight. I do it to retain my muscle mass. Though I workout hard so on avg I’ll burn 80-300 calories per weightlifting session.

If you don’t care about your muscle mass then just do cardio. If you do then weightlift, but remeber to eat your Lbs in grams of protien. I weigh 200lbs-199lbs rn so I’ll need 200lbs of protien but as much of it is fat I subtract 15 and get 185g of protien daily I eat to keep my muscle mass up.

Legit if I dont do OMAD i keep gaining weight. Right now I am thinking of water fasting for 2 weeks jfl
