i dont count walking as cardio tbh. everytime i hear the word cardio its reserved for hit exervises/ sprinting/jogging.No that’s only high intensity cardio. If you do 2 hours walking your appetite won’t spike and you easily burn 400-600 calories doing that alone. I eat 2k a day so I don’t fuck my metabolism up and walk and do weight lifting it’s been so successful for me I lost 13lbs last month JFL
Now if your doing high intensity cardio then yeah you’ll spike cortisol and appetite
