if i try doing more than a regular 500 deficit, i feel half retarded and think about food the entire day

wanted to do 2lb/week to lose 20lbs in 10 weeks but it feels impossible

very likely I have a food addiction but somehow im not a fatass

hoping for some advice, i see coaches recommending aggressive cuts to start and i fail every time lol, maybe it isnt for me

I used to think a 500 cal deficit meant only eat 500 cals and i starved myself for a month

from my experience the less food you eat the easier it is so start snacking on things like nuts and seeds instead of eating meals to crush the appetite. with fasting start with 24h water fasts they are easy enough if you distract yourself throughout the day.

my issue isnt even appetite its more mental than anything

i sip white monster all day and have no appetite but obsessively think about food anyway

honestly might have binge eating disorder, adderall is the only thing that stopped the insane snacking thoughts (getting back on it soon)

on an aggressive cut rn, it sucks ass the first few days but your body adjusts. and also i dont eat until like 1 or 2 pm. I also only eat carbs preworkout to save calories and prioritize protein later in the day. Basically just fast in the morning, only eat carbs preworkout and drink caffeine to suppress appetite.

It’s hard without drugs unless you have EXTREMELY good discipline and self control

it usually stems from being bored as fuck in my experience idk what else it could be
 
i starvemaxxed for the first stage of my weightloss. i would eat a banana in the morning and nothing else all day. if I felt hungry I'd down water, chain smoke 5 cigarettes and drink black coffee

Nicotine and the cart are your best friends. Intense cardio training also helps achieve this figure because of the accelerated metabolism. When you eat a meal, make sure it includes some kind of protein. Heres to mogging
 
Lost 14kg so far doing this, caffeine will be your best friend for this since it causes appetite retention, if ur really up for it go for reta or hard drugs that suppress appetite
