if i try doing more than a regular 500 deficit, i feel half retarded and think about food the entire day
wanted to do 2lb/week to lose 20lbs in 10 weeks but it feels impossible
very likely I have a food addiction but somehow im not a fatass
hoping for some advice, i see coaches recommending aggressive cuts to start and i fail every time lol, maybe it isnt for me
