how tf do u draw oils with a slin needle

I got 23 and 25 guage needles and so 30g slin needles.
I wanna pin side delt and I've done it with the 23 and the 25 and it kinda ached for a bit after both times.
I've tried drawing the oils with a 30g slin needle but that shit just doesn't wanna come out of the vial
How tf do mfs draw oils with a 30g
