Dont sleep for 1 night then sleep at 8pm the next day.

Then sleep at 10pm the next day and stick to it.

Your sleep will be fixed, i used to sleep at 7 am but when i did this everything was fixed

This worked for me but I wouldn’t skip the whole night id just get like 4 hours of sleep it works best when I come back from overseas and my internal clock is retarded

From the tiny bit of research I just did, Ramelteon looks like a pretty good option.

Helps fall asleep, doesn't help you stay asleep, also doesn't lead to dependence
