How Tf Is It Possible To Have Massive Malars But Tear Troughs?

My Dad has this at around age 50. His cheekbones especially malars are giga huge and prominent but he still has some tear troughs. I'm gonna have the same problem once fat pads decay.

The only example I can think of right now is Amber Heard:

Tear trough has to do with soft tissue not bones

Plus both she and your dad are oldcel and tear troughs are a sign of aging
