I just had a respiratory allergy 2/3 weeks ago which caused me to breathe through my mouth instead of my nose. I've already tried certain things, mainly nasal rinse which I think just saturated it more, I haven't been able to breathe 100% through my nose since then, my nose often gets plugged up again and at night I breathe lightly/moderately from the mouth and a little through the nose. It's so fucking disgusting awgh. Should I start Buteyko technique, wear a fucking SPORTSMASK???

Flonase for a bandaid or MSE for a cure. Allergies are just nasal floor problem, MSE expands nasal cavity. Congested feeling is probably inflammation from remnant allergies
