i didnt use too, i dont believe it grows bones, i believe in fibrosis, but yeah bro my zygos def grew, chin i havent seen results but im not consistent with bs, and im stopping bsing chin because w the ortho work a rest of puberty it might get overprojected

I wouldnt touch it. Anything more would legitimately just look worse
Just fix the mandible and youre golden

thanks my man, might get infra implants when im older too, and rhino, my nose and lips are the worst festures on my face, and lips are getting fixed with ortho, nose its getting slimmer because of hidrocortisone but still too wide and roubded at the tip

its a routine surgery for infra rim bone deficiency and completely works
theres natural fat pads there as well

I literally went to 2 of the best ocuplastic surgeons and inquired about orbital fat grafting and they said they’d never add fat into the actual orbital which would be the whole point if you’re actually looking to fix a problem like that

The infraorbital rim IS your actual infraorbitals, its just the closest part around the eye and a more specific localisation

if your orbitals are recessed than applying fat to rim is most times useless or it will only fix half the problem

the main problem is the caving/dark eye circles around your eyes which wont be helped with fat grafts since those appear mostly on the inside of the actual orbital

they wouldnt, ive already consulted about it (a good and respectable surgeon that is)
