I sleep around 3 or 4 am then wake up at 5 am because I gotta reach the gym at 6 am, then I come back at 7:15 am, browse this forum for 105 minutes, then take a shower at around 9 am then I have my breakfast.
I sleep for 2-3 hours between 11 am and 2 pm to compensate but sleeping in afternoon only gives me headaches and melancholy vibes. On some days, I sleep again at 5 pm to 8 pm.
I feel tired and sleepy around 11 pm but when I go to my bed, I dont fall asleep so instead I start browsing on my phone till 4 am.
My sleep schedule has turned into biphasic sleep and it doesn't even help because it gives me headaches. I wanna fix it, I want to get a 7-8 hour sleep at night so that I can feel energetic during the day and especially in the gym.
