Ong man literally one exercise chest press and my shoulder is knocked out from doing almost anything for some days. I'm taking fucking HGH as well man atp I'll js go on test or something
 
Train rear delts. Is your shoulder set correctly btw?

stretch bro i had major shoulder problems but predominantly my rotator cuffs i stretched before working out, warmed up and hit a few light weight mobility excersises and i dont suffer with it anymore
 
its expected, your lifting heavy weights in unnatural positions and your body is struggling
