I sometimes find myself just lying in bed with my eyes closed waiting to fall asleep but i always gave up stays awake all night because shit gets boring. My circadian rhythm is fucked up :feelswhy:

Brutal. Not being able to sleep is the most brutal thing you can experience. I usually sleep within 10 mins of closing my eyes.

The only times I'm unable to sleep is the night before exams and I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemies

Try to get your circadian rhythm under control. If you’ve been physically active during the day, it’ll be easier for you to fall asleep. Also, get some melatonin and ashwagandha — melatonin helps you fall asleep, and ashwagandha helps you get deeper sleep. That’s been my experience.

Organize a consistent sleep schedule and take melatonin.

Roll a doobie, bad sleep is better than no sleep. If doobies are not an option, watch caffeine intake and take melatonin.

this, you need morning sunlight outdoors (for your eyes) or on the balcony at least, also being active during the day helps a lot, you may use melatonin for few days but don't start relying on it.
