how do i actually improve my physique? i usually just swim for 2 hours a day and im already down 8kg, i just dont know how to maximize growth. i started taking turkesterone but i have no idea what else to do. i started swimming like a month ago if that helps at all

Start science based lifting track everything you eat get 8+hrs sleep etc all the normal stuff other then roiding

Retarded supplement jfl. Js go gym and stop swimming for 2 hrs your burning a fuckton of calories no shit u can't grow muscle. Swim once or twice a week no more than an hour, I used to do competitive swimming. Roidmaxx if u want

Unless you already have very low testosterone levels, you are not going to benefit from Enclo, even the impacts on your physique will be negligible. Enclo should also never be used long-term.
Just run test, test is low risk. But know that your face is not going to develop significantly more from testosterone usage like you might expect.

Niggas are gonna say shit like roids [i mean its a great way of gaining muscle, fast and convenient but not everyone wants to die before 40] because they are trolling, no one takes this site seriously.

I recommend what helped me is just eating a fuck ton of protein and food in general, i gained from 57kg to 70kg in a year [yall will say its victim weight but not everyone is 6ft+ like me] and im 5'9 [ER height]

Find a split that fits your timespace that was also one of the mistaskes i still do is just i either dont have time to work out or just dont wanna go to the gym [space it out equally]. I also read that you lost 8kg, thats good but you really gotta decide which one will it be, Bulk or Cut? None of that maingain bs worked even for beginers [at least for me].

And stop taking turkesterone that shit never worked and never will its a fucking waste of money. At that point just buy peptides.

TLDR: Eat a fuck ton more than your maintaining calories and find a split that just works for you.

what about my natural test tho? I don't want to lose it.. should I use a PCT or HGC? I forgot
 
PCT. HCG towards the end of your cycle.
and i'll get my natural test back? do the test doses matter? I want to run 500 mg

Try to use a little bit of everything… a tad of Trenbolone, Nandrolone, Methyltestosterone, Oxymetholone, Methandrostenolone, Stanozolol, Boldenone and of course also Testosterone... The basic stuff ;)
