Think of it like this: you just need to get the ball rolling and comfortable once in order to lock in. Locking in is not about constantly readjusting and fighting off distraction. Its about flow state. Just calm down, and try to comfymaxx into whatever ur doing.

yeah theirs not much you can do about it other then drugs, im asasuming you have adhd.
