I’m convinced that most of the problems with my overall health and well-being come from a lack of sleep but I’m not 100% sure.

I’ve probably had insomnia for the last year and can’t remember the last time I got quality sleep for a week straight or even a few days in a row.

And for any of you who had insomnia and health problems, what differences did you notice after you got really good sleep consistently?

Currently struggling with the same. Hell even when i do go to bed at an early time like 9-10pm I only get 2 hours sleep and wake up around 12-1am lmao

For me the biggest problem has always been sleep quality and getting to sleep, not duration (usually). I always wake up a bunch of times during the night or I wake up too early after like 5-6 hours. I’m wondering how much caffeine and jacking off has to do with it and if all my health problems would go away if I committed myself to getting good quality sleep (7+ hours) every night.
