How the fuck do i widen my face

I have basically narrow everything, my face isnt horribly narrow but it is in a way that fucks up my face. i have good features apart from rescessed infras and uue except those i can fix. i cant even find a good surgery that helps. And fucking marpe isnt even in my city, and idk i've heard that can elongate your face so im so confused. Anything atp thats not cope i will try.

A face can be widened by adding width at the jaw and zygomatic bones, either with implants, fillers, or a combination of both. While this will increase your FHWR, you must also keep other ratios in mind. One very important one is the ESR: if you already have a narrow or borderline ESR, adding width at the zygomatic area can severely disrupt this ratio and negatively affect your overall appearance.
