severely restricting (starving) causes binging genius. slow and maintainable weight loss is permanent weight loss. just subtract 500 calories from ur bmr to lean max so if you normal eat 2300 calories eat 1800.

7 days is not enough. You have to be in a calorie deficit until you are at the weight you want to be. What's the point if you're just gonna give after one week anyway??

Just distract yourself with video games and work when hungry. Once you stop a fast if you feel hungry just eat protein like chicken to fill you up and avoid binge eating.

You’d have to be a beast to eat 5k worth of meat. You must be eating a lot of carbs and sugar and just a bit of meat with it. Try eating just chicken breast you should feel extremely full with a 1k meal of pure meat.

well the maintenance calorie calculator said ive got about 2.5k maintenance so yea it would be 3 and a half but its prob incorrect cuz i used to eat around 4k a day and not gain but thst was when i worked out

do u think cutting clen and going on walks etc would be better?

i unironically cant go on long walks rn cuz its way too hot with it and my heartrate goes up to 170+ last ive measured

Eating high protein foods will satiate you a lot more for far less calories.

Drinking black coffee will suppress appetite.

Avoid anything with sugar that will cause an insulin spike that will cause hunger.

Drink 2-3 gallons of water a day.

Use a lot of caffeine to gain energy since your low on carbs.

when you do this you’ll be able to starve a lot longer than strict dieting.

Also recommend sauna, skip rope and swimming for easy and somewhat enjoyable ways to exercise and burn high calories.

Melatonin pills if your desperate, don’t recommend it though since could mess with natural hormone cycle/ circadian rhythm.

If you genuinely exercise hard enough throughout the day the caffeine won’t keep you awake.

Also just avoid coffee 7-8 hours before bed.

Caffeine has a half life of around 4.5 hours in most people so you should have lost 80-90% of the effect by then.

ok I'm going to reveal my diet:

breakfast:
-40% beef mixed with 60% beef fat with as little salt as possible
- 1 avocado (potassium)
- cheese (optional)
- a smoothie with raw liver and eggs

dinner: same as above without the smoothie

And that's it, with fat you will practically not go hungry all day. Obviously you have to avoid sugary drinks.

dandelion root is a strong diuretic for facial water bloat, but treat it as a antibiotic. Something you only want to take a week on and maybe a few weeks off.

Also no point in going calorie deficit unless your water fasting only for a week straight. Lots of benefits from doing that too.
