How the fuck do you deal with tretinoin shedding

I'm legit molting like a lizard from this shit, how the fuck do you handle this? Please help me saaar!

Make sure youre not using any cleansers with additives like sacylic acid, When i first started i was shedding like crazy and then even had a week where i was hella red around my whole face except my eyes which is obviously where youre not supposed to put tret that made me look like a sun tanned retard. Other than spreading out the days you put on the tret thats mainly what can help.
