if you have never tasted this shit, I’m telling you it tastes like death.

I tried mixing it with water and lemon juice but it’s so fucking bad and the taste remains after.

It tastes like death by chemicals

Please do not do this, abnormally high potassium levels can literally be deadly becuse it messes with signal transduction in your heart; i.e. your heartbeat.

Yeah I put a teaspoon of nosalt in each of two glasses of water and it used to taste like cancer. Now I’m getting used to the taste and it’s not that bad. Before I used to gag and almost throw up at just the thought of drinking it. One teaspoon of no salt is 2760mg of potassium btw I don’t know how much you’re having.

i tried putting 7000mg of potassium chloride (3500 mh of potassium)in 1L bottle and take it to the gym.

Worst mistake of my life. I was about to throw up.

Today i tried 6000mg in a 1.5 L bottle, still shit.

Tonight i’ll try putting 5000mg into a glass of water and down it as fast as possible.


You said you put 1 tbs each glass of water, or you divide 1tbs in 2 glasses of water?

I put 1tbs in a 250ml glass and drink two of those. Trust me you’ll get used to the taste just build up tolerance slowly.

cost a lot.

I used them until now, 30€ for like 180 pills and i need 6 of them for just 2000 mg of potassium.

Bought 1kg of potassium chloride and need 6g for 3g of potassium

Yes, it tastes like mild salted water.

It'd not like we need that much pottasium anyways. I don't think i even eat 5 grams of salt

Those taste even worse. All the KCl is concentrated into one tiny pill and it literally tastes like you’re choking on seawater. It’s actually revolting and it’s really hard to digest. Your stomach will hurt and you’ll feel like you’re having a heart attack if you take any decent amount.

Pills suck.
