1. learning to calm myself down when nervous, mainly through breathing attention.
2. learning to put myself in an uplifting/positive/happy mode (through music, body posture, and thoughts training).
3. Learning to put my social modus on. Mainly by just making eye contact with people when walking around outside, and saying hi or hello or giving a nod. Aka, learning to start small with being social to build up the socal vibe/extraversion time in the head
4. "exposure therapy", basically doing it. That way building up experience with it, which makes it easier and more comfortable.

That's how I did it.
I became such NT. Thet before my mid 20's I had chatted up a woman maybe a handfull of women in my life. And by the time in my later 20's when my LTR started, I had chatted up for sure 500 womens without needing alcohol.
