So any legitimate tanning from the sun damages your skin and so does mt1 and mt2 is fake tans the only way?

yea it does for the inital tan, but then you maintain it forever with mt1 so you never have to tan again. 1 tan is not gonna be bad for you brah

Go outside moderately and take mt2. The sun is good for u as long as you arent out there all day
