My natural weight is 56kg at 174cm. To be > 60kg I have to eat and work out like an animal, which I’m not willing to do anymore until my face ascends.

Idk if the guy from the video is lying, but I’ve had very athletic body at like 58-60 being about 5cm shorter than him.

I have this same "issue". I look a lot heavier than I actually am and it's probably due to bone density (look at his thin wrists). He could also have 0 leg muscle.

Any normal person trying trying to get to 53kg will look like an aushiwitz survivor. That's why I don't believe in the idea of an "ideal weight" bc two people who have the same height and build can vary like 10-20 lbs from each other
