Bro I’m talking abt under ur skin it basically mimics filler. The bruises are temporary on ur face maybe it will scar but it’s not super likely bc it’s a bruise, unless u break the skin like a cut it’s not gna scar. That’s shouldn’t be an issue tho bc ur not using something sharp. Hitting your face frequently with force is going to leave small bruises sometimes it’s only temporary tho who cares since it literally looks like u have more bonemass. You can use some creams to heal faster prob or cover it with tinted sunscreen. The temporary swelling from the blunt force and inflammation is under your skin. The inflammation is what causes the fibrosis which is hard thickened tissue.
