Just like the title says I’ve been trying to eat Whole Foods only now but I just realized bulking is impossible i literally eat 1kg of meat 500ml of milk some nuts and still not enough calories I want to make some bulking shakes but they contain Jewish estrogenic crap like oats and peanut butter so how I eat that many calories. Also is creatine worth it for gym or not cause I heard there where side

Im 178cm and 61kg I’ve been dirty bulking for whole December and January and I do notice that I put around 2kg of weight and I still look lean abs etc just a little puffy in face however I’m worried about my testosterone levels dipping but for clean bulk I’ve been doing that since summer 2024 until 1 December 2024 and I haven’t really gained weight yeah I look lean but gaining muscle this way is a pain in the ass and for some reason I don’t seem to gain any weight considering 1kg of meat is around 3000 calories idk anymore brah

Whats ur idea of weight gain? Anything above 0.5kg monthly is most fat and water btw. During my lean bulk I only gain 1kg monthly which what is a 'lean bulk'. You gaining 2kg per month is kinda dirty bulk, as long as ur gaining 0.5kg peronth ur good dw. If ur not it could be due to not training enough as ur body doesn't have that need to use the extra calories and just shits it out.

yeah I have patience aslong as there is progress I’ve been training for over a year now and I just need more calories tbh but I need clean Whole Foods only not even pasta or anything just one ingredient foods except cheese etc but idk if I’m making any progress cuz I’ve been clean bulking for 6 months almost and I didn’t notice any weight gain except looking lean and sexy but for dirty bulking I can gain weight way quicker cuz I have a fast metabolism but my testosterone will drop a bit considering I need to eat all that soyslop

I’m currently pretty muscular and lean but I just want more size and still be lean which is done by lean bulking which you will have t be a mogger king and be a sex machine dirty bulk does it way better but does all the opposite except gaining easier weight and cutting sucks
