Yea ofc. This fucking guide is ass. Never gave which type of betamethasone, Nigger never said to apply moisturiser in the morning, Never said what time to put it. People usually wash off hydrocortisone but nigga said he didnt for this. Ill put all my protocols and results after a few weeks.

Because after 30mins it already is absorbed and u dont want to damage ur skin too much. But day 2 on betamethasone i still havent washed it off. Also if anyone wants to get betamethasone dont get valerate. Get Betamethasone Dipropionate its 4x stronger than Valerate even tho it says its less Betamethasone but the concerntration is higher. I got valerate from indiamart but found Dipropionate around my house so ill be using diprop. Ill upload a full guide and protocol if this shit even works

Are the effects of the skin atrophy permanent though, or do we need to use a maintainance protocol?

And also, is it any superior to hydrocortisone? I have some hydrocortisone at home already.

you can just stop and apply tons of moisturizer, this is litearlly after rhino , shouldnt be that bad
havent got any burn or red nose.

btw to be honest, i see no diff between hc and betm so i reckon hc causes as much shrinkage as the latter, but the risks are way lower
for me, hc saved me, so i just stick to it, just as many of the fellow ex-bulbcels do, and it works out great
