How to accurately determine if one needs an orbital decompression?

did that before posting the thread but all I get are extremely protruded eyes.

have also been searching this forum and i see mixed opinions about each cases. Here's a a thread in which i posted my eyes (i already know they are way below average), would you say i need orbital decompression?

easiest way to tell is through sideprofile but just from the front alone i would say no

put a 3/4 and a sideprofile picture of your eyes to get an accurate assessment
