17 yo / 6 ft / 60kg i think
 
i don't wanna sound mean, but with this weight and height you're either alr around 10% bf or you purely consist of fat hahhaha, which i really don't want for you

i see. it does kinda look like 10% already, but you've got good zygos, so maybe that's what makes the cheeks look leaner. but even if you weren't: who cares if you're 10% or not. i'd stay at that bf level and start building up a good physique, since you're only 60kg
(you really sure you're 60kg, cause i'm a 15yo kid at 5'9 and 70kg, and i'm not lean or anything, but it still sounds weird to me that you're only 60kg)

Yes i'm sure + i can't gymmax bc i have inguinal hernia even + surgery it's sooooo over brother

well only thing you can do now is eat very good and protein rich and sleep alot so hormones may do some work for you
 
I have inguinal hernia
if you're able start going the gym and hit upper body only (skip compounded lift and core and leg exercises for the moment). then MAYBE introduce a leg day when you get better
