Connor murphy... look him up if you don't already know him. He supersized his massaters and got atleast 1-1.5cm of ramus height. But looks a bit weird/uncanny. Just don't overdo it

Aas is really the only way but hard chewing is what would have made them longer when u were younger

Chew hard gum 30 min a day each side easy, make sure it’s an everyday thing
