Should I cut sugars and salt permanently?
I cruise around 14% bf and I have a bad diet in general. Would 9-10% make a lot of difference?


Even though I got hollow cheeks, it isn't as defined as his. I only get close when I nuke 120mg lasix.

If it's narrower than the temples then your head looks like a lightbulb, but if you have large zygos and the jaw is narrower than them it can give the aesthetic diamond face shape. Not really, aside from eat less. If you're not hungry, you're not loosing weight. Medication can have an effect on weight gain though - once I came of the anti-depressants and had a manual labor job I lost a shit ton of weight.
