What you want ideally is to shave off some bone & put a ct implant in.

This type of surgery really shouldn't be that hard to perform but it'd be impossible to get find a surgeon for it. The cosmetic surgery industry really needs more blackpilled surgeons to innovate & try these types of procedures. The problem is they're all happy with their mansions & Bentleys giving botox injections to rich housewives.

Genioplasty is a common cosmetic surgery and you could get it done as easily as a rhinoplasty.

I just looked it up and an implant would look comical and like shit. Genioplasty would reposition my chin in a more aesthetic placement and give me more chin projection.

yea and a genio can make the chin taller if you need it. implants can cause a bunch of complications and also bone resorption
