On my knowledge wider mouth or big lips stretches the skin so it will improve the hollow cheeks.
But still, small lips and wider lips will look better as it will look more manly,also the hollow cheeks should come from ur forward growth and wide cheekbones with atleast a average jaw not from big lips and shit but anyway u got my point.

i’ve seen some people mention it can, possibly by pushing the skin either side of the mouth laterally as it widens which could maybe affect cheek hollowness
